Life'sPlan, Inc. Return Policy
At Life'sPlan, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Due to the nature of our Planning Materials, our standard return policy at this time is NO RETURNS accepted.
An exception to this policy is for the rental of the VHS tape “Helping Families Understand Options in Planning for Their Family Member with a Disability.”The rental period is for 30 days. After the 30-day period, if the tape has not been returned to us, you will be billed for the remaining cost of the video.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please call Life'sPLan at 630-628-7169 (office hours are 9am – 5pm CST Monday – Friday). If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification. Please note: If your order has already been shipped it may not be eligible for cancellation.
